How old can an Ergobjörn get?

Maybe the quality of our trolleys and trucks is too high for our own good. But it gives us enormous satisfaction when we visit customers and discover that they’re still using the same trolleys we made and supplied to them more than 50 years ago. This shows that both we and the customer got it right. It gives us satisfied customers that we can grow and develop with.
Our lifetime guarantee* proves the quality of our standard trolleys. If they start breaking down after a couple of hundred years, we may need to revise this warranty.

In the end, it’s never quality that costs – it’s the lack of it.

Warranty tag

On our Ergobjörn products we have a lifetime warranty. The warranty applies in normal use and not on wearing parts such as brakes and wheels. During the warranty period, we provide spare parts, repair or replacement. Helge Nyberg AB do not replace labor costs associated with the replacement of spare parts. The guarantee is valid from the date of invoice and with presentation of invoice or receipt.


Terms and conditions
Minimum shipping € 20. We apply the general delivery terms according to NL01.


Free shipping
Helge Nyberg AB offers free shipping when order value exceeds €1 500.


Transport damage
During transport, your order is protected by our transport contract. If you use your own shipping agreements, it is those rules that apply. Visible transport damage or missing packages shall be noted on the consignment note immediately and reported to Helge Nyberg AB. Upon notification, we need a picture of the damage of both the packaging and the product. Concealed damage (not visible on packaging) must be notified within 7 working days. Insured – as a precaution
All products are insured if Helge Nyberg AB shipping contract is used in the delivery. We bear the risk for the goods to your delivery address. If an accident occurs, you must note the transport damage immediately on the consignment note and contact us within seven days, NSAB 2000 applies. 

If your shipping contract is used, it is you who bear the risk and have the responsibility to insure the goods.

14 days of return
When you shop at Helge Nyberg AB, you always have the right of return up to 14 days after delivery.

Wrong order or wrong delivery: Before the goods are returned Helge Nyberg AB shall be informed of the reason. The desired return must be approved by Helge Nyberg AB in advance.


Ordering error
Products which have been ordered in error, must be returned and the buyer is responsible for the freight costs. Helge Nyberg AB reserves the right to charge a return fee of 10% of the price of the returned goods and the cost of any repairs to the extent that damage has been caused to the goods by the purchaser.

If goods have been sent in error by Helge Nyberg AB, the goods will be returned by the receiver. The goods must be packaged in the same way as shipped and the serial number must be indicated on the return.

The return must be approved by Helge Nyberg AB in advance, otherwise the return is not accepted.
