Prices and Payment
All prices are excluding shipping and VAT. Packaging and any pallet cost is included. Is it a larger inquiry? Request an offer! If you are a new customer with us, we always make a credit report if you want to pay by invoice from Helge Nyberg AB. Payment terms are 30 days. The interest rate under the Interest Act 1975: 635, is the applicable reference rate plus 9 percentage points. Of course you can pay with PayPal or Visa/Mastercard, if you prefer.


On our Ergobjörn products we have a lifetime warranty. The warranty applies to normal use. Wear and tear parts such as brakes and wheels, are exempt from the warranty. During the warranty period, we provide spare parts, repair or replace the product. Helge Nyberg AB do not cover labor costs associated with the replacement of spare parts. The guarantee is valid from the date of invoice and upon presentation of the invoice or receipt.


Delivery time
The products are shipped 2-5 days after the order has been placed, depending on the product. Delivery time is estimated from the day it is sent from Helge Nyberg AB.


Terms and conditions
Minimum shipping € 20. We apply the general delivery terms according to NL01.


Free shipping
Helge Nyberg AB offers free shipping when order value exceeds €1 500.


Transport damage
During transport, your order is protected by our transport contract. If you use your own shipping agreements, it is those rules that apply. Visible transport damage or missing packages shall be noted on the consignment note immediately and reported to Helge Nyberg AB. Upon notification, we need a picture of the damage of both the packaging and the product. Concealed damage (not visible on packaging) must be notified within 7 working days. 14 days of return
When you shop at Helge Nyberg AB, you always have the right of return up to 14 days after delivery.

Wrong order or wrong delivery: Before the goods are returned Helge Nyberg AB shall be informed of the reason. The desired return must be approved by Helge Nyberg AB in advance.

Ordering error
Products which have been ordered in error, must be returned and the buyer is responsible for the freight costs. Helge Nyberg AB reserves the right to charge a return fee of 10% of the price of the returned goods and the cost of any repairs to the extent that damage has been caused to the goods by the purchaser.

If goods have been sent in error by Helge Nyberg AB, the goods will be returned by the receiver. The goods must be packaged in the same way as shipped and the serial number must be indicated on the return.

The return must be approved by Helge Nyberg AB in advance, otherwise the return is not accepted.


In exceptional cases, such as the product, raw material and major currency changes, we can be forced to make some price changes. The price stated on the order confirmation, is the existing price.

Prices can be adjusted.

Items are owned by Helge Nyberg AB until they are paid.

Variations in color may occur due to technical reasons.

Helge Nyberg AB reserves the right to product and design changes.

• the events beyond our company's control (wars, earthquakes, floods, etc.), so-called force majeure.

• that a product can run out or be deleted from the range. We can in these cases usually offer a replacement product.

• typographical errors.
